Antique petite handmade Queen Anne card table with a flip top & gateleg. Measures 28½ inches tall by 24 inches wide by 11½ inches deep (closed) & 23 inches deep (open) ~ Will sell for about $525.

Hand carved Isle of man tilt top dessert table that also turns on a birdcage. The legs are dovetailed into the base. The wood looks like mahogany. If you are not familiar with The Isle of Man you can google it. It’s interesting. ~ Sold.


Antique American Southern Yellow Pine Linen Press. We are told that it was probably made in Central Virginia, possibly Albemarle County. Finish looks original or at least close. Needs knobs on the drawers. Has a cutout in the back where someone had a TV inside it. Probably dates from the first half of the 1800s, probably the early 1800s. Measures 7 feet tall by 4 feet wide by over 1½ feet deep. ~ Sold.

Antique handmade folk art clock case. To give you an idea of size it measures about 13 inches tall ~ Will sell for about $200.

Antique American Southern Folk Art Farm Table. From South Carolina ~ Sold.

19th century open cupboard or book case with restoration by local restorer/furniture maker Tim Fisher. ~ Sold.

Antique miniature goat cart. The relative size will come to you if you imagine a squirrel pulling it. ~ Sold.

Handmade trestle table by Tim Fisher, a local furniture maker with handmade milk paint finish. Is good tall eating height & would be good for 4 or 6 people. He also makes benches to match tables. ~ Will sell for about $450

Antique tiger & bird’s eye maple rope bed from the first half of the 1800s. Is wider than normal (60 inches) So you could use the headboard & footboard on a queen size bed hooked to a free standing metal frame with a dust ruffle. If you do this, you could elevate the headboard to rise above your bed frame so that could see it above your box spring mattress & pillows. The footboard could stay flush. ~ Will sell for about $375.

Handmade writing table made from Virginia yellow pine from a Louisa log cabin by a local restorer/ furniture maker. Is taller than a regular table. Measures 33 inches tall by 48 inches wide by 19 inches deep. ~ Will sell for about $450.

6 Sevres pots de crème Service de L’office includes additional pieces that aren’t perfect. We have been told that the “N” was for Napoleon. Not his fancy stuff but his more casual service. ~ Will sell for about $185 for the set.

19th century hand carved walnut dropside breakfast table in great condition. ~ Will sell for about $375.

Antique handmade English oak chest of drawers, probably dates from the late 1700s or early 1800s. ~ Sold.

Antique handmade Sheraton Period stand with bird’s eye maple. Probably dates from the early 1800s. ~Sold.

Early handmade chair with oak split seat. Has pegged construction & the ladderback rungs, look 18th C to us. ~ Will sell for about $150.

Antique tilt top candle stand, looks like cherry. Could use a little finish work & the top has a tight crack that could use glue & a clamp. Could use a latch. We might work on it this weekend if it doesn’t sell first. We think it dates from the early 1800s ~ Sold.

4 matching Sheraton Period arrowback chairs, probably date from the 1820s or so. The paint decoration probably came later, looks more Victorian with birds. ~ Sold.

Handmade Sheraton transitional 2 drawer stand. Probably dates from the 1820s to the 1840s. ~ Will sell for about $180.

Heavy oak industrial chairs with wire supports. Probably date from the 1900 give or take 20 years. Show lots of evidence of use, wear & age. ~ Will sell for about $38 each.

Antique handmade cupboard or plantation desk top. Probably originally had 12 panes, but now just has 2 large panes. We think that it dates form the first half of the 1800s & most likely the first quarter. ~ Sold.

Small handmade farm table or desk with 2 hand dovetailed drawers. Is made of solid cherry & southern yellow pine. Has a 2 board top. Shows normal shrinkage on top, overall good condition. Probably dates from the early 1800s. Sold.

Small country Hepplewhite pine blanket chest. This chest has old nails, antique nails & early nails that are possibly 18th C it is a little rough with parts of its bracketed base being replaced along the way & it is missing its lock. Would look better with some finish work, stain or oil. We think it began life during the late 1700s or early 1800s. ~ Sold.

Matched pair of antique beds, probably from the mid 1800s that were later modified so that you can use full size bedding that would rest on top of the rails. They are a little rough but you could paint them with milk paint or wax them to level out the finish. It’s hard to find pairs of full size beds that are truly handmade antiques. ~ Will sell for about $360 for the pair.

This small stand was probably made during the early 1900s. The bottom was stenciled with a furniture maker’s name & Richmond, VA. We can’t quite make out the name. ~ Sold.

Yellow pine Hepplewhite style stand, restored. ~ Will sell for about $120.

Handmade walnut Hepplewhite stand> probably dates from the late 1700s or early 1800s. Is missing one drawer rung but still works. Was refinished at some point & is very clean & ready to use without shrinkage cracks or other issues. ~ Will sell for about $235.

2 antique frames with early hand colored photographs from the second half of the 1800s. You don’t have to use the photos ~ The frames are great. ~ Will sell for about 100 for the pair.

Heavy & very sturdy bench made from antique bed parts. ~ Sold.

Antique Grandfather clock case with its original grain painting, probably from the 1820s – 1830s, in great original condition. Needs works. ~ Sold.

Antique 18th C walnut & yellow pine southern corner cupboard in great condition ready to be used in a home. ~ Will sell for about $2200.

Handmade Windsor bench probably, early 1800s in good condition. ~ Sold.

Antique late 1800s oak food case that originally used dry ice & was probably used by a confectioner. Was more recently used by a coffee shop in Lovingston Virginia that specializes in music events. Would be great in a retail store, bakery, or could be converted to into an island for a kitchen. Imagine it with a larger slab or soapstone or marble & stools around it. ~ Will sell for about $750.

Antique handmade walnut dovetailed trundle bed ~ Will sell for about $180.

Antique Queen Anne 18th C carved table base, probably had more to it originally ~ At this point it makes a great coffee table. ~ Will sell for about $300.

3 part mahogany banquet table probably from the first half of the 1800s. You could easily add 2 large leaves because the mechanism for holding them is there. Is at a good eating height. ~ Will sell for about $1000.

Antique handmade Sheraton Period mirror, probably from the 1820s or 1830s, in very good condition with its original single board back. ~Sold.

Antique handmade Queen Anne candlestand, probably from the 18th century. Has some old repairs & a nice spider with rosehead nails & more recent nails. Is ready to go with a nice patina in good condition. ~ Sold.


Antique handmade 18th century Chippendale blanket chest with a nice grain painted surface that we think is antique. The hinges were hand wrought by a skilled blacksmith & were attached with rosehead nails. ~ Sold

Antique late 1800s pine mantel that was refinished at some point. Found in Central Virginia. ~ Will sell for about $115.

Antique handmade English Queen Anne lowboy, probably dates from the mid 18th century. Appears to have its original pulls. Is missing part of its left front foot & shows minor losses to its inlay. If it is here long enough, we will have it restored. It’s current price reflects its condition. ~ Sold.

Old or antique handmade rug. Measures about 6½ feet by about 10 feet. Shows some overall wear, but is in good condition. ~ Will sell for about $180.
