Great antique rocking chair made from parts of a spinning wheel probably 100 years after the spinning wheel was made ~ They had to find a use for them during the late 1800s. Measures 42 inches tall by 22½ inches wide by 31½ inches deep. Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition.

Great antique handmade table desk from the first half of the 1800s, probably early 1800s. Has stylized columns for a galley in the classical revival style that was popular during the early 1800s. Measures up to 17 inches tall by 33½ inches wide by 24½ inches deep. Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition.

2 Unusual Large Industrial Spool Tables/Stands Virginia

We have had lots of spool furniture over the years but never furniture with these oversized spools. The large spools measure 6 inches long by about 3½ inches in diameter. Probably came from a factory setting. The other wood is pine. Tables are put together with rods & screws. Best guess on age is late 1800s or early 1900s. While they’re not the same, they were together when we found them, so we decided to keep them together. The shorter table has an alligator finish while the taller table has a smoother finish ~ Maybe somebody refinished the taller pieces. The taller piece is missing a few small decorative knobs ~ Doesn’t bother us. Both are stable but you wouldn’t want to sit on either one. To give you an idea of size, the taller one is 28½ inches tall ~ The shorter one is 21 inches tall by 24 inches square. Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition.

Great antique handmade Victorian Cottage chest of drawers with hand dovetailed drawers. Dates from the second half of the 1800s. Was painted white. Works well but could use cleaning or touching up or maybe it is fine as it is. Came from one of our pickers, out of a local barn in Nelson County, Virginia . Measures 34 inches tall by 43 inches wide by 18 inches deep . Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition.

Finish was awful so we had someone paint it with white milk paint~ paint looks imperfect & shabby almost like someone would paint a fence. Drawers were hand dovetailed.
